captain Russ Senior Member Registered: 01/02/04 Posts: 7285 Loc: Lexington, Ky, USA	Got an email from our friend, Chas. He just spent 5 days in the hospital with some internal issues, and had his appendix removed. He's not in a good mood (I wouldn't be, either)and isn't interested in talking to anyone right now, but I know you join me in wishing him a complete, speedy recovery. On lots of levels, he's one of the "good guys" here. He's a very private guy, and I hope he's OK with me letting "zoners" know... Russ

The appendix problem was not the major issue, and he's not yet sure what the problem(s) are and where all the pain and discomfort are coming from. "I share your pain" is such a hackneyed expression, but, in this case, man, is it ever true. It hurts to see someone you're so connected to hurting. R.

Not being able to pinpoint the problem is rough ! He's feeling bad enough to skip a grandson's 5th birthday party; something he would NEVER do, if he could possibly make it.
